RETURNS
You may return your item at the time of delivery or up to 14 days after receipt.
At delivery – You must note any irregularities (e.g., damaged box, missing item, etc.) on the carrier’s delivery note and indicate whether you want an exchange or a refund.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, complete, and properly packaged in the original packaging, accompanied by the original purchase invoice. Exchanges are not accepted for products whose packaging has been opened. In case of withdrawal or customer error, the cost of the return will be charged. Orders returned by the carrier due to customer absence or refusal will be partially refunded upon customer request, with shipping costs deducted — for free-shipping orders, the amount deducted will match the actual shipping cost used.
Refunds are processed within 30 days after the returned products are received and accepted at our facility. Refunds are made via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed. The customer must send us their bank details (account IBAN, bank, and account holder) in order to process the refund.
All customers have the right to return items.
In accordance with Article 6 of Decree-Law No. 143/2001 of April 26, the customer has a 14-day period to cancel the contract without penalty and without needing to state a reason, starting from the date the order is received. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item to the manufacturer/supplier. Only in cases of product defect will shipping costs be covered by the manufacturer.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Only defective or incorrectly sent products will be accepted for return. These must be returned in their original packaging and complete. Incomplete, used, or damaged products will not be accepted.
To return or exchange a bracelet, simply email us at info@orvion.pt within 14 days from the date of order receipt.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. You are responsible for the package until we receive it. For this reason, we recommend shipping with a tracking number
Orvion reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if the above conditions are not met.
⚠️ Note: Personalized talismans cannot be returned.
WARRANTY
All items purchased from Orvion come with a 30-day warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not apply to bracelets that are used improperly or that break due to misuse. Damage caused by incorrect use, contact with water, or accidents is not covered. Contact us as soon as you detect a manufacturing defect by emailing us at info@orvion.pt.

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. All personal and payment information will be verified, and your order will be shipped after successful validation.
For Multibanco payments, you must complete the transaction within 3 days of receiving the confirmation email.
